Case study · Full ecosystem
A digital ecosystem for a water plant and its delivery network.
Agua Mineral El Aljibe produces and distributes natural mineral water with its own plant, delivery fleet and third-party distributors. Today that entire operation runs on a custom-built system.

Context
When we started working together, much of the operation lived on paper and scattered spreadsheets: production, washing room, workshops, quality control, delivery. Each area kept its own records and management received manual reports, always behind what was actually happening at the plant.
The challenge
Centralize the whole operation in a single source of data without stopping the plant or abruptly changing how delivery staff work. And do it in stages, so that each delivery was in real use before moving on to the next.
What we built
- Central management panelAn in-house management system with modules per area, from production and quality to customers and delivery, that grew module by module with the company.
- Plant and delivery appsMobile applications to record on the spot what used to be written on paper: shifts, workdays, checks, deliveries.
- Integrated online storeSales to end consumers connected to the same system, with no duplicated catalog or customer records.
- WhatsApp AI agentA natural-language assistant connected to the central database that handles customer queries and automatically routes each case to the right area.
Outcome
Entire processes that used to run on paper disappeared. Management sees the operation in real time from a single place, and the ecosystem keeps growing with the company: every new need is solved on the same base, not with yet another loose tool.
